On the occasion of the 95^th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the 90^th Anniversary of the first party organization of Fujian Province Xiamen University CPC Branch, and for the spiritual fulfillment of agreed cooperation between Fujian Provincial Committee of CPC, Ningde Municipal Committee of CPC and Xiamen University, the school, through friendly negotiation, signed party construction cooperation agreements with Ningde Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (HRSS) on July 7, 2016. Signing ceremony was presented by party secretary and bureau chief of Ningde Municipal HRSS Chen Xing, main leaders of local HRSS of Ningde, party secretary of the school Xu Heshan, secretary of Youth League Committee Cai Hutang, etc. It was presided over by dean Bai Xineng.
